USB drive to save your life?

Good morning!

Here is an interesting article about using a USB drive to store all the important items in your life.

This brings up an interesting idea:

Can we walk around with a compressed backup of our most important database?

Sometimes we feel that there is one database that our company could not get by without. Even if the backup is a few days old, the company could not survive if it was totally trashed.

This database may contain our Intellectual Property (IP) or our latest development code. IT may be as simple as a contact list of all our clients.

Whatever you feel would really help your company in case of a disaster, zip it up and place it on a USB drive.

Of course you may want to encrypt it;)

God bless,
RBT

p.s. here is a good book from a friend of mine
